TERMS OF SALE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from The Sugilite Collection through our website, Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, eBay, direct invoice, Venmo, Wire Transfer, or any other sales channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

All social media sales are governed by the same policies published on our website unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. One-of-a-Kind Inventory

The Sugilite Collection specializes in rare, one-of-a-kind gemstones, mineral specimens, jewelry, and lapidary material.

Because every item is unique, availability is never guaranteed until payment has been received, verified, and the order has been formally confirmed by us.

Items may be simultaneously offered through multiple professional sales channels including our website, Instagram, private collector lists, trade events, and direct client relationships.

We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid order if an item has been sold through another venue before payment is completed.

3. Legacy Collection

Much of our inventory consists of legacy material acquired and curated over the past 20–30 years.

Many pieces originate from private vault holdings and are released in limited batches throughout the year.

Certain promotional pricing, including Vault Sales, Collector Weekend pricing, Instagram offers, wholesale offers, and private collector pricing, is temporary and available only during the stated promotional period.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, promotional pricing expires when the promotion ends.

4. Catalog Photography

Our inventory is professionally photographed, cataloged, and processed in production batches before being returned to secure storage.

The photographs and videos shown within each listing constitute the official catalog representation of that item.

Because our inventory is maintained using a batch cataloging process, we generally do not provide custom comparison photographs, side-by-side images, additional videos, or repeated handling of inventory after cataloging.

Measurements, weights, descriptions, and existing catalog photography are intended to provide an accurate representation of each specimen.

5. Pre-Purchase Questions

We encourage buyers to ask all questions prior to purchasing.

Questions regarding:

dimensions

weight

treatments

provenance

condition

authenticity

shipping

payment

should be resolved before payment.

We reserve the right to limit additional photography, video requests, measurements, or other custom services when sufficient information has already been provided to accurately represent an item.

6. Authenticity

We stand fully behind the authenticity of the material we sell.

Any disclosed treatments or stabilizations will be clearly identified within the listing whenever known.

Unless specifically stated, rough mineral specimens are not individually certified.

Buyers are welcome to obtain independent laboratory verification after purchase through a recognized gemological laboratory such as GIA or another laboratory of their choosing.

Independent laboratory testing requested by the buyer is performed entirely at the buyer’s expense.

7. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

Website Checkout

Credit Card

Business Venmo

Business Zelle

Wire/Bank Transfer

Other approved methods

Direct payment methods may qualify for promotional pricing when offered.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been received and verified.

8. Merchant Processing Fees

Payments processed through merchant services incur third-party processing fees.

When promotional pricing requires a direct payment method, payments made through a checkout link or merchant processor may include an additional processing fee.

Merchant processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable under any circumstance.

9. Order Acceptance

Submission of payment does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order.

Orders remain subject to manual review, inventory verification, fraud screening, and final approval.

We reserve the right to decline any order prior to shipment and issue a refund if necessary.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline a sale, cancel an order prior to shipment, or issue a refund at our sole discretion if we believe a transaction presents an unreasonable business risk, involves suspected fraud, abusive communication, excessive pre-sale demands, payment irregularities, or otherwise falls outside our normal business practices.
