• Mounting: 1/4"-20 Threaded Hole (Fits Genie, Pixie, and more)
• Condition: Brand New, never used.
• Best For: Achieving a high-luster shine on gemstones before the final polish. The foam backing provides the perfect "give" for cabochons.
‘Nova Discs are ideal for polishing backs of cabs, nodules, geode faces, and similar flats as well as for sanding and polishing cabs. They have a soft, rubber backing and are lightly convex (domed) so that under pressure of your stone, they provide an even polishing surface in the middle are often missed with other methods. A standard ¼”-20 thread bolt is molded into their plastic back-up plate to fit our Gem Maker machines, and most other machines accepting that bolt size.
